A mutation to delete one or more existing Items.
Similar to in-app behaviour, a Parent Item (with one or more associated sub-Items) cannot by default be deleted unless all of its associated sub-Items are first deleted/removed or by setting the boolean deleteSubItems to TRUE which will automatically delete the entire family (Parent Item and all associated sub-Items) in a single call.
Deletions are permanent and cannot be undone.
