To access access Tempo Timesheets Global Configuration:

Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators Global Permission.
Select Add-ons from the Administration menu (cog icon: Image Removed) at Image Added at the top-right.
In the left sidebar, scroll down to Tempo administration lchoose the and select Global Configuration option.

Planning Time -planning options

Option	Default	Description
Users with Plan Time permission for a team can plan time for team members in Tempo Timesheets	Check box is selected	If the check box is When selected, team leads and other users with Plan Time permission for a team can plan time for team members on all timesheets except for the Account Timesheet. They can plan time for team members to work on specific JIRA projects, project versions, or project components. A Plan Time button is displayed on the timesheets.
