To see team members in multiple teams who have no hours logged:
Make sure you are in a permission role with the View Team Worklogs permission for each Tempo team that you want to view.
Create a Logged Time report.
Select the period of time to display.
In the Filter by field, select TEAM and then select all the teams you want to view.
In the Group by field, select User.
Export the report as XLS
...
, and the “0 hours logged” data appears for the team members on the Users tab in the resulting Excel file.
All team members with 0 hours logged appear in the exported Excel file, but the team to which they belong is not indicated there.
