The View Team Worklogs permission is required for each Tempo team that you want to view.

You can check across multiple teams for users who have not logged their time by exporting a Logged Time report to an Excel file. The “0 hours” data is available on the Users tab in this file.

For a single team, you can see team members with 0 hours logged in the Team Timesheet.

To see team members in multiple teams who have no hours logged:

  1. Make sure you are in a permission role with the View Team Worklogs permission for each Tempo team that you want to view.

  2. Create a Logged Time report.

  3. Select the period of time to display.

  4. In the Filter by field, select TEAM and then select all the teams you want to view.

  5. In the Group by field, select User.

  6. Export the report as XLS or XLSX, and the “0 hours logged” data appears for the team members on the Users tab in the resulting Excel file.

All team members with 0 hours logged appear in the exported Excel file, but the team to which they belong is not indicated there.
