Users who have JIRA Software or JIRA Agile installed can view agile timesheets

This setting adds a Time Tracking option to the View in Tempo menu, in the header of each each JIRA Software or JIRA Agile board. It allows the user to see all worklogs associated with JIRA Software or JIRA Agile epics and/or sprints in the Agile Timesheet. This feature is currently available only for users with JIRA Software or JIRA Agile installed.
