When changing the approval period between weekly and monthly or changing the start day of the week, your previously approved timesheets may show as unapproved in the UI.

However, this will not affect the approval status in the database. To correct the inconsistency in the UI, simply reset the configuration to what it was before the change.

To retrieve the correct timesheets status on Data Center, you can use the Servlet APIs endpoints. With the Servlet, the approval status for the worklogs can be included.

We also recommend closing the month in Period Management before retrieving the worklog data for the month. If that has been done, no changes can be made to the worklogs.
