Question

What to do/will happen if I need to rename my Atlassian URL?

Answer

When the Atlassian URL for a Cloud instance is changed, Tempo products are no longer working. 
To fix this, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to Jira settings > Apps > Manage apps page;

  2. Find the Tempo app, for example, Timesheets, and expand the section;

  3. Click the “Unsubscribe” button, wait till it’s unsubscribed, and click “Uninstall”;

  4. Do the same for any other Tempo apps you have;

  5. Go to “Find new apps” page from the panel on the right-hand side and search for the Tempo apps that you have uninstalled and install them.

Note that doing this will not cause any data loss.
