You need Tempo Administrator permissions to set the Planning Time options.
You can set the Planning Time options that determine if the features of Tempo Planner are available to users. This affects plan approvals, deleted plans, and the ability to set specific hours of planned time in a day.
To set the Planning Time options:
Select Settings in the Tempo sidebar.
Under Configuration, select Planning Time.
Set these options as required:
Enable Plan Approval - allows users to submit their plans for approval to a reviewer. See Approving Plans for more information.
Use start and end times when planning time - adds the From and To fields in the Plan Time form. These fields let users select the specific hours of the day for their planned time. If this option is off, the planned time starts at midnight 00:00 of each day.
Delete plans when associated issues are deleted - removes plans from Tempo Planner when the related Jira issues or Jira projects are deleted; those plans no longer appear in the Resource Planning view. Note that this option will not be applied to plans with previously deleted issues. By default, plans remain in Tempo Planner and are displayed in the Resource Planning view even when the associated issues are deleted.
Sync plans with Jira issues - when selected, creating new issues in Jira can automatically create new Tempo plans; changing synced Tempo plans will update their related Jira issues, and changing Jira issues will update Tempo plans. See Sync Plans with Jira Issues for more information.
