You can view reports as a grid showing days, weeks, months, or quarters. You can also show and hide columns in the report. In Grid View, only Worked, Planned, and Billable columns can be shown. List View can show more columns, as well as any Work Attributes associated with worklogs.

To select a grid period and columns for a report:

  1. Click the Grid view (Days) or List View button at far-right. The button caption depends on which view is currently selected.
  2. In Grid view, select a Grid Period. The options are Days, Weeks, Months, or Quarters. In List view these options are disabled.
  3. From the list of Columns, select which information you would like to display in the report. Some columns are only available when the report is grouped by Worklog.
