You can customize the options that users can access when they are planning time.

To enable planning time options, you need Tempo Administrator permissions.

  1. Select Add-ons from the Administration menu  at the top-right.
  2. In the left sidebar, scroll down to Tempo and select Planning Time.
  3. Enable Plan Approval is selected by default. When enabled, users can select a reviewer for their plans and reviewers can approve or reject plans.
  4. Click Use start and end times when planning time to make these fields available. When enabled, users can easily plan time-sensitive tasks.
