Users customizing Issue List can adjust the look and feel of the data on the list.

Issue List comes with several display options The Display options tab allows users to customize the look and feel of several aspects of the list, including the number of issues shown per page, number formats, and dark mode.

Steps to Access the Display Options Tab
With Issue List in Edit mode, on the righthand side, click the Display options tab
Make any adjustments, then click Save to lock in your customizations

Results per page  Â | Users can adjust the number of issues that appear on each page of the list | Â The default is 10 |
Show alternating row colors  | Users can choose to display each alternating row on the list in grey (see below)  | The default is toggled off (grey). |
Show number column  | Users can turn off the number column that appears first on the list  | The default is toggled on (green) |

Maximum text field height  | Users can adjust how much text will display in text fields | Minimum height is 20 pixels. Empty by default. |
Number format | Users can adjust the formatting of numbers that appear in the list | Default is 123456.78 |
Decimal places  |  | Default is 2 decimal places (i.e. 1.789 would appear as 1.79) |
Date format  | Users can adjust the format of dates displayed on charts | Default is dd mon yyyy |
Time unit  | Users can adjust the format of time displayed on charts | Default is hours |
Display timestamps on date-time fields  | For date-time fields, users can choose to display a timestamp alongside the date-time information | The default is toggled off (grey) |
Auto refresh every 10 minutes  | Users can adjust whether the data on the list auto refreshes | The default is toggled off (grey) |
Show options menu button | Users can turn off the Options menu that appears on gadgets | The default is toggled on (green) |
Allow direct export to PNG, PDF & CSV Â | Users can turn off the ability to export charts to a PNG, PDF, or CSV file | The default is toggled on (green) |
