A Folio can have four different statuses: PENDING, EXECUTING, EXPIRED or CLOSED. A Folio can have only one status at any given point in time. The current status of a Folio shows as a lozenge in the header, next to the Folio's dates. The following table described each Folio status:
Description | Why? | |
---|---|---|
The project has not started yet, it is in planning. | The start date of the Folio is set in the future. | |
The project is currently in progress. The staff members are working on issues that are part of the Folio's scope | The start date of the Folio is set on or before today, the planned end date of the Folio is set on or after today. | |
The project is currently finished, according to the plan. | The planned end date of the Folio is set in the past. | |
The project is closed. Its state is frozen at close date. | The Folio has been explicitly closed by the Owner or an Administrator. This overrides any other status a Folio would have as determined by dates. |
