Working with the Project Team
The Project Team is composed of everyone who has logged time or planned time on issues in your project scope.
Viewing Team Details
Select the Team tab in the upper-right to get an immediate overview of the total labor costs and time spent on your project, and view their breakdown by Role. You can also see the total Cost and Time Spent by each team member. Â
You can set individual hourly rates for team members and assign team roles to individual members from the Configuration > Roles & Rates tab.
Users who have logged time on your project during the project timeframe set, and have since been deactivated, are grayed out in the team member list. This indicates that they will not be logging any additional time.
Any time logged outside of the project timeframe, or logged for a future date is not calculated.
You can collapse the Teams chart to gain more space and to display more rows per page in the Teams table:
Click on the chevron at the bottom of the chart to toggle between expanding it or collapsing it.
This setting persists when navigating away from this page.
Revenue Data for Team Members
If you've turned on Revenue Tracking from the Configuration > Roles & Rates tab, the amount of Revenue generated and number of Billable hours are shown for each member for this project.
In the Teams table, you can sort all numerical-type table columns. This will help analyze your data by focussing on the pertinent numbers and calculations:
Click on the name of a column with numerical-data type. For example: Cost, Time Spent, etc.
This activates column sorting. The column is sorted in descending order, indicated by the downward chevron displayed right next to the column title.
To switch the sort order, click on the column name again or on the downward chevron to sort the column in ascending order. The values in the column are sorted accordingly, as indicated by the upward chevron.
Click on the column name again to deactivate sorting mode and reset the sorting back to the original mode. The chevron is deactivated in the default mode.
