Tempo Trusted Apps

Trusted app integrations allow existing Atlassian Marketplace apps to integrate with Tempo without as many steps. This is an enhanced form of integration that allows Atlassian Marketplace apps to do the following:

  • Access resources and perform actions in Tempo on behalf of a user without requiring user consent

  • Automatically subscribe to worklogs and plan webhooks from Tempo

Tempo Trusted Apps connect multiple Tempo products in your Jira instances. Once your Jira administrator installs a Tempo Trusted App, users are automatically authenticated between the apps. Individual users do not have to enable each integration and are not prompted for their credentials when moving between apps.
