API - Mutation to Delete existing Roadmap Milestones

A mutation to delete one or more existing Milestones based on milestoneIDs. Deletions are permanent and cannot be undone.

Note: In the event you'd like to remove multiple milestones, multiple IDs can be accepted in your mutation.
