The Action menu provides an easy way to perform common tasks such as formatting text, inserting links, adding images, and more. To open the context menu, simply hover over an item and right-click (ctrl+click on Mac). If you need to adjust multiple items, select the items and right-click over any of the selected items.
Many of these actions are also available in the Structure toolbar.
Action Menu Applies to the Row, Not the Field
The action menu applies to the structure row, not individual fields or links within that row. In the example below, right-clicking anywhere in the highlighted row and selecting “Open in a new tab” will open the issue page for Green-19, even if you right-click over the link in the Parent column.
