Deleting Worklogs in Bulk
To delete worklogs, you require these permissions:
Delete all Worklogs permission for Jira projects (Project Permissions)
Manage Worklogs permission per individual team (Tempo Team Permissions)
Manage Worklogs permission for all or multiple teams (Permission Roles for Multi-Team and Full User Access)
You can delete multiple worklogs at once (in bulk) for multiple issue keys and multiple users for a maximum of 5000 worklogs at once using the Bulk Worklog Editor.
Delete Multiple Worklogs
Open the Bulk Worklog Editor from the Logged Time report, the Team Timesheet, or the Account Timesheet.
After selecting Bulk Edit from the menu, the Bulk Worklog Editor opens where you can view the worklogs displayed as a list with description, date, hours logged, issue and the user.
By default, all the worklogs are selected with the checkbox at the top of the list. To deselect all of them, uncheck this box. You can select or deselect individual worklogs using their checkboxes.

From the Select Bulk Action dropdown, select Delete.
A confirmation message appears to confirm that you want to delete these worklogs. This process cannot be undone, so make sure before you click Delete to proceed.
A success message is displayed after the worklogs are deleted. An error message is displayed if the operation fails with the individual attributes. Click Acknowledge to return to the Bulk Worklog Editor.
You can perform only one bulk action at a time. If you navigate away from the bulk editor and return while the bulk action is still in progress, the progress screen is displayed again instead of being able to search and perform another bulk action.
