Planning work for a group of teams

A program is essentially a team of teams, e.g

Program - A department in a firm
Teams in Program - divisions within each department 
Projects in Program - all projects concerning the department 

Thus, Program Planning is a way to do high level planning on teams within a program.

Navigate to Programs 

To navigate to Programs select the program name in the main header. 

Program Board

The Program Board gives a detailed overview of Epics and their progress.  It allows managers to give epics to teams and change their status. Moreover, it allows managers to rank epic backlog and their budget. Read more.

Program Timelines

The Program Timelines give managers and team leads the ability to do release management with a high-level overview of versions and iterations.  They provide the ability to schedule versions and iterations for projects and teams, by easily creating and editing them on the timeline via dialog or drag-and-drop.

Program Capacity Report

The Program Capacity Report shows how much capacity is left and available for each team member in every team in the program.  It also shows the size of each team in the program during every section of each period. Read more.
