Chart By
Once the Chart By dropdown is selected, the Chart By tab on the right side of the gadget will allow you to customize segments further
Example: You set the Chart By to be Assignee and you want to combine “Miroslav Stencel” and “Becky Schwartz” into one segment - use the Chart By tab to combine those two values!

Date Options
For charts where you choose a date field as the Chart By option, you can customize the way the dates are grouped and the range of dates that display on the chart.

Grouping In the dropdown, users can change the way dates are grouped on the chart (i.e. break the dates down by month instead of day) |

Range In the dropdown, users can change the range of dates that appear on the chart (i.e. only show issues with due dates in the next 30 days) |

Show issues without dates Click the toggle (it will turns green) to include issues on the chart that do not have a date filled in for the date field selected in the Chart by dropdown
