Cloud Migration

Migrating dashboards with custom gadgets from Jira Server & Data Center to Jira Cloud isn’t currently supported by Atlassian. This feature is a top priority for our development team and we are actively working with Atlassian on this functionality.

If you are using Jira Cloud Migration Assistant (JCMA) for your migration, Custom Charts appears as an option in the migration configuration. PLEASE DO NOT SELECT IT, as the migration cannot proceed.

	Workaround
	Custom Charts has a built-in Import / Export Configuration feature that you can use to manually recreate your charts in your Cloud instance.
