Tempo Account Administrator Permissions in Timesheets
Tempo Account Administrators have the permission to:
Create, configure, import, export, and delete accounts
Change the target revenue in account revenue reports
View worklogs linked to the Account in the Account Reports, Time and Expenses and Revenue report
To grant the Tempo Account Administrator permission, you need to have the Jira Administrator permission. By default, Jira Administrators will be included in the group of people that has Tempo Account Administrator permissions.
Note
Global permissions are system-wide and are granted to groups of users. For more information about global permissions see Managing global permissions.
Only Jira Administrators can configure the following account settings:
Whether the account value is cleared when issues are moved between projects.
An alternative name for the account field.
Whether an account value is required or optional in a field configuration.
To grant the Tempo Account Administrator permission:
Click Jira settings at the top-right, and then select System.
Under Security in the sidebar at the left, select Global permissions.
In the Add Permission section at the bottom of the page, select the Tempo Account Administrators permission.
In the Group drop-down list, select the group to which you want to grant the permission.
Click Add.
