Working Days and Hours

The Working Days and Hours section of the Folio Configuration screen lets you define the Work Schedule of a Project. It uses Tempo Budgets' Global Working Days and Hours Configuration at creation time and can be modified independently thereafter. Temp Folio will use these settings in most of its evaluations, forecasts and charts.

Work Schedule information cannot be modified directly in Temp Folio if the Folio is associated with an Agile Board.

Worked hours

If the Use JIRA Worklogs option is selected, then the actual costs related to staff members will be automatically calculated based on hours logged on the Folio's issues. If not selected, Temp Folio evaluates the number of worked hours of a staff member based on his or her Availability percentage, as defined in the member's Availability table.

Switching from an option to the other will remove all manually entered worked hours for all affected users.

The owner can manually override the computed hours with a specific value for a specific period directly in the staff member's Worked Hours table.

With that option selected, all staff members will be synchronized with JIRA's work logs. This can be overridden for specific staff members via the staff members details panel in the Staff page, by clicking the Use User Worklogs button.

Workload Scheme

Defines the folio's default weekly schedule. The availability of the planned positions and the forecasts will be computed based on the folio's weekly schedule.

You can define and reuse workload schemes via the Tempo Workload Schemes

Holiday Scheme

Defines the folio's default Holidays. The availability of the planned positions and the forecasts will be computed based on the folio's holidays calendar.

You can define and reuse holiday schemes via the Tempo Holiday Schemes
