Data Retention and Data Dump

This article outlines how Tempo retains your data and how you can request a data dump from Tempo.

Data Retention

Regarding Data Retention, we retain your personal information for the length of time required for the specific purpose or purposes for which it was collected, plus an additional three (3) months, which allows you to resume use of our services without loss of data. For example, for employment related opportunities, we store your Personal Information for twelve months from the date it was submitted to us.

We may be obliged to store some data for a longer time, for example, where a longer time period is required by applicable law. In this case, we will ensure that your personal information will continue to be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Data Dump

If you need us to provide you with a data snapshot or data dump, please open a request for our Support team following this link: https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/6.  

Please be advised that for security reasons, only the contact persons listed under your license in Atlassian Marketplace can request a data dump and receive the data. Your Jira admins can find the list of contacts from your https://my.atlassian.com/product page.
