SOX Compliance for Tempo Apps

Please see below for a list of frequently asked questions about SOX Compliance:

  • Is Tempo SOX complaint?

SOX applies to publicly traded companies in the USA, as per the Sarbanes-Oxley act of 2002. Since this is not a requirement for Tempo, at this point in time, Tempo applications do not have SOX compliance.

  • Are they any workarounds available that I can use?

There are alternative audit processes that can be followed in order to attain the required compliance on your side. An example of this would be to create an internal audit process where random samples are selected (25-50 items) and review the activity logs to see if you encounter any anomalies.

  • Are you planning to become SOX Complaint?

We are always aiming at meeting our Customers needs. We currently have an idea in our portal to study this option but there is currently no confirmation as if we will or when we will pursue this.
