Tempo Account and Team custom fields limitation in Jira

Tempo Account and Team are both Jira custom fields that you can add in Jira. However, there are some known limitations in Jira because of this class AbstractSingleFieldType
. Atlassian is aware of this problem and they do have an issue in their system to improve the abstract classes. Until this option has been implemented in Jira, Tempo Account and Team fields cannot be added to the detailed view in Agile boards.
Here are some Jira improvements opened regarding this limitation, with the current status as Gathering Interests. We recommend that our customers vote/watch/comment on them.

Jira Service Management
Many customers using Jira Service Management have similar issues when adding Tempo custom fields in their portal: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/add-a-new-custom-field-to-a-project/ Because this abstract class AbstractSingleFieldType
is not supported by Jira, Tempo Account and Team fields cannot be added to the customer request portal.
