Commitment of team members

Question

How can I change the commitment for team members?

Answer

As an administrator, you can change the availability percentage of a team member as follows:

  1. Go to Tempo > Teams > Click on a Team

  2. Under People > Choose a User > then click on his current commitment

  3. In the pop-up window, change the commitment percentage > Click Save

Commitment percentage on Cloud is for labelling purpose; where on Data Center, it’s used to calculate capacity in the utilization and Capacity reports.
