How can I see if my team members have plans in other teams?

You can choose to show or hide plans that are made for your team members in other teams by modifying the team planning timeline view to show plans from other teams.
You can modify the view of team plans to display the information the way you want. To modify the team planning timeline view in Tempo Planner for Cloud, you don't need any special permissions.
Select Planning in the Tempo sidebar.
Click "..." at the top-right, select Timeline.
Select the Team that you want to plan for.
You can modify your view by selecting the desired options at the left:
To filter members of the team by Role, click Everyone, and select one or more roles from the drop-down.
To show or hide copies of team plans, click Show, and then select or deselect Copies of Team Plans.
To show or hide plans from other teams, click Show, and then select or deselect Plans from other teams.
To change the date range of the team planning timeline, click Weeks at the right, and choose between Days, Weeks, and Months.
If you would like to see the capacity of your team, including plans made for your team members in other teams, you can view that information in the capacity report.
To view the total capacity for team members in Tempo Planner for Cloud, you don't need any special permissions. To view resources, you need to have View Team Plans permissions for the teams containing those resources:
Click Planning in the sidebar.
Click on the ellipsis in the upper righthand corner and select Timeline, then click Team at the top-right.
Click Capacity Report at the right.
Click Total, at the right, under Capacity Report.
To change the dates shown, use the period dropdown to select from Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly, and click "< " and ">" to navigate forward or backwards one period at a time.
Select the information to view:
Planned - view the planned time for team members.
Time Available - view the unplanned time for team members.
