The Approval Button is Missing in Teams Timesheets (Cloud)

Question | I have all the necessary permission on Cloud and I still cannot see my team timesheets and the approvals, why? |

Answer | On Cloud, after checking all the permission and you are sure that they are correctly set up, sometimes the Timesheets and Approval buttons are not working. This is happening because the customer is using Jira Time Tracking as default and not Tempo. To fix it, you need to set Tempo Timesheets as Time Tracking provider in Jira Settings, Issues, Time tracking. |
